Do I need an AI subscription?
No. ThreadFox runs the AI and the tools. You do not need Claude, ChatGPT, an installation or a computer left running.
Whose Reddit account do you use?
You can connect an account you authorize us to operate, or ask us to arrange an account we manage for your campaign. We confirm the account and start date during onboarding. Never send passwords or login codes in a request.
Can I change the instructions?
Yes. Type a request in your workspace: change the audience, tone, links, brand mentions or priorities. Your request is saved, upcoming drafts are held for review, and you can see when the new direction is applied. Community rules and truthful affiliation still apply.
What counts toward my plan?
One verified original post or reply counts as one contribution. Research, drafts and failed attempts do not use your allowance. We choose the mix around relevant opportunities; the daily figure is an average, not a daily posting guarantee. We do not guarantee views, leads or sales.
What if the campaign cannot run?
We confirm access, suitable communities and a start date before beginning. You can cancel for a full refund before work starts. The service terms explain how undelivered work is calculated after that. Read campaign terms.
