Where your next video editing client is asking on Reddit this week
Your next editing client may already have footage and a deadline but no clear production brief. The requests here mention recurring videos, gaming channels and short-form edits. Reply with the format you edit, the raw-footage allowance, turnaround and revision scope. One closely matched sample and a focused question about the finished runtime make your offer easier to assess than a generic showreel.

Write a reply a potential client can evaluate
Explain captions, music licensing and source-file handover before quoting. Use portfolio links only when allowed, respect location requirements and never present another editor’s work as yours.
Check the pinned guidance, account requirements and rules for commercial replies, links and AI-written content. Answer the specific question, disclose your connection to your service, and avoid repeating a pitch across threads. If the intended reply is not allowed, leave it there. Even a careful reply can be removed; nobody can guarantee moderator approval.
