Do I need to know how Reddit works?
No. Tell us what you sell, who it helps and how you want your business represented. We handle the research and outreach. You do not need a Claude or ChatGPT account, software installation or a computer left running.
Will you include a link to my business?
Yes, where your link is relevant and the community permits it. Tell us which pages to use: your shop, booking page, product, useful resource or website. You can also request no links or no business-name mentions, subject to truthful affiliation disclosure. We do not force a link into a conversation that prohibits it.
Whose Reddit account do you use?
You choose on the setup page after payment. A: your own Reddit account. Replies appear as you; you sign in privately in a browser we run for your campaign alone, we never see your password, and you can disconnect any time. Plainly, a removal or report lands on your account, and communities filter low-karma accounts more. B: ThreadFox’s own established account posting for you, each reply carrying a disclosure line naming your business. Your account is not involved, and nothing more is needed from you. C: a brand-new account made just for your campaign, on request by email only; it has to be built up organically, so we set it up by hand and agree the timing with you first. Whichever posts, we follow each community’s rules and stay out of communities that ban naming providers. You never send a password on the order form or by email.
What counts toward my plan?
A published original post, helpful comment or substantive reply counts as one contribution after its exact publication link is verified. All three share your plan’s allowance. Research, drafts and progress reports do not reduce it. We report removals separately; work that violated the agreed brief or known community rules does not earn delivery credit.
Can I change direction or stop?
Yes. Send new directions through your workspace; you can see when they are saved, reviewed and applied. To stop future work, contact support. Before the agreed start and before work begins, cancellation receives a full refund. After work starts, the undelivered balance remains refundable under the service terms. There is no automatic renewal.
Will this bring me customers?
The goal is to get your business into relevant conversations and give interested people a way to reach you. We commit to the agreed outreach work, not a guaranteed number of visits, leads or sales. Our published reach is from our own work, not a forecast for your campaign.
Is this right for my business?

Local-only or specialist businesses may have fewer suitable conversations. We establish community fit and account access before starting.
