What this page is
This page quotes r/beneater's rules as ThreadFox read them on 2026-10-05. The quoted text is the community's; the verdict above is our reading of it. Conditions often decide whether a post fits (a required thread, flair, posting day, account age or karma), and r/beneater's current rules on Reddit always win over this page.
Free, for a specific product: a researched Reddit plan by email (communities whose rules fit your post, quoted and dated), or ThreadFox Lite, read-only tools an AI assistant can use to read a community's current rules itself, through your own Chrome (Claude Code: claude mcp add threadfox-lite -- uvx threadfox-lite). For an assistant that also writes and posts within each community's rules, the ThreadFox kit is $49 once.
Want to post here? Get ThreadFox ($49): your AI (Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex) reads a community's current rules, writes one post that fits and posts once from your own Chrome. No Claude? We'll post for you ($99 per 30-day campaign). Free: a Reddit launch plan for your product, ThreadFox Lite or the posting checklist by email.

All 3 rules of r/beneater
- Be respectful
Be civil and respectful of others' opinions. This applies to everyone. Derogatory/insulting comments and posts and comments that are unhelpful are subject to removal. - Be helpful
When users come here for our help or guidance, please do not offer sarcastic responses. If you have nothing else to say other than to run a search for a topic or to check a generic web page/document without explanation or pointers, please refrain from commenting and leave the thread to others to assist with. For posters, please refrain from submitting duplicate/low effort/rant posts. **Zero tolerance for SPAM**. Spammers / click-baiters will be swiftly removed. - Stay on topic
Content should be relevant to the concepts introduced in the video series. When in doubt, please consult our [content guidelines section](https://www.reddit.com/r/beneater/wiki/index/#wiki_content_guidelines) for guidance on what we consider acceptable content.
What the written rules don't show
- Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
- Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
- The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
Let your AI read the rules before it posts.
ThreadFox reads a community's current rules, writes a post that fits them, posts once with Reddit's Brand affiliate tag and checks it stayed up. The free ThreadFox Lite reads rules too.
