    Budgets/Rates are required for all posts, both [Hiring] and [For Hire] You don't have to be specific, ballpark or a reasonable range is fine as long as it's following the $20/hr minimum rule
  2. Low budget/Rate
    Obnoxiously low budgets and offers (anything under $20/hr) are not allowed
  3. Free work
    NO REQUESTING OR OFFERING FREE WORK
  4. Portfolio/Resume
    Be specific – include a portfolio or resume (or a link to one) in the top text
  5. Bounties/Competitions/Speculative
    No bounties/competitions/speculative work. See http://www.nospec.com/faq
  6. Commission/Equity/Barter
    No commission based jobs unless you offer a base salary ($20/h or more) and/or Pay in currency, not in equity or barter.
  7. 7 days
    Do not post more than once per 7 days unless your [Hiring] ad is for a different position
  8. Low Quality
    Low quality posts will be removed
  9. B2B/Plural forms
    Single freelancers only – teams and agencies should post at /r/b2bforhire.
  10. No personal story
    Do not use personal stories as a leverage to get hired
  11. Be Specific/Details in the title
    Be specific. Include details in the top text and/or put basics in the title.
  12. Affiliate/Job board link
    Affiliate links (referral links) and links to job boards are not allowed.
