Make conversations productive. The ideas or behavior may be bad, and the person can adjust based on feedback, but not when you make it about them personally. Don't call people foul names; don't use foul language. - Humor: Make sure that any is.
Before submitting something that's supposed to be funny, make sure that it is. Memes are generally discouraged. - Effort: Give if you expect to receive
Do some research first. Frame your questions. Tell us what you did. Give us the background we can use to infer what you are doing and what your skill level is. It is appropriate to ask low-effort posters to read, subscribe and do basic self-help. This lowers the amount of duplicate posts enriches every post that is not a duplicate. Direct them to the correct sources. Don't gate-keep, but encourage sustainable culture.
