Can you promote on r/findapath?

No rule mentions promotion None of its rules mentions self-promotion. That is not permission: read every rule, say plainly that it's yours, and make the post useful on its own.

All 4 rules of r/findapath
  1. Support, respect, and kindness are the Modus Operandi here!
    - Comments should be supportive, kind, helpful, actionable, authentic, and targeted to people's needs. Regardless of the poster's situation or language used. - Posters, please upvote and comment "Helped!" or "Thank you!" to helpful comments so users will earn a flair point. - Please respect commenter's attempts to help with limited given information. - *Report* bad comments instead of commenting hateful retorts.
  2. Ask questions, be constructive, give actionable advice!
    - Comments should be detailed, information driven, and include human, action-oriented advice to best aide the OP and readers in finding their path. Ask clarifying questions to get deeper information and assume ignorance over malice.
  3. Posts must include a Findapath element.
    - All posts must include a *clear request* of the type of path the community can help you find. Please remove "calamitous verbiage". (E.g. wording such as "suicidal/wanna die", "I'm fucked for life" is unnecessarily cataclysmic/hopeless which conflicts with the idea of finding a path.) Focus on facts over feelings. - This rule does not apply to Positive posts of success or offering guidance posts. - A location (Country) is not required but very much helpful to mention in your post.
  4. Off Topic Post/Comment.
    - Posts about relationship/financial/political/different topics are not allowed here. - If it's an offsite link to something related - it's ok. Not everything can be helped via a reddit post when it comes to career or general path finding. - Outside career tools, resources and surveys should contact mods to be cleared. We do not allow AI-only tools. - Picture additions are primarily for mod and specialist flaired people, but Findapath related pics ok. Nothing else allowed.

What the written rules don't show

  • Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
  • Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
  • The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.

Let your AI read the rules before it posts.

ThreadFox reads a community's current rules, writes a post that fits them, posts once with Reddit's Brand affiliate tag and checks it stayed up. The free ThreadFox Lite reads rules too.
