Can you promote on r/IndieGameDevs?

We are a group of people that develop games or wish to develop games by ourselves or with a small community. We are here to help each other grow as artists and developers, as well as act as a base to bounce ideas off of each other.

What its rules say about promotion

No Self Promotion (read desc. for expections)
No self-promotion of any type. This includes social media such as Twitch, Youtube, Twitter, etc. Also, no promotion of finished games. Exceptions: You may promote tutorial or informational content. On progress posts, you may include ONE link in the comments so people can keep up with your journey.

  1. Must relate to indie game development
    Posts containing questions, requests for feedback, game progress, and other game dev related posts are allowed.
  2. No Self Promotion (read desc. for expections)

  3. Be civil and respectful
    Pretty simple, treat others like you would treat yourself.
  4. No AI
    Posts that contain noticeable AI generated content will be removed
