- Posts must be related to Midjourney
This is a Midjourney subreddit so please limit your posting to Midjourney content. The group focus is on sharing peoples’ creations, and knowledge about the software. There is some wiggle room for closely related content, but we don’t allow images made with other generators. (If an image looks like it isn’t from MJ, we might ask for verification). - Be Kind
A welcoming and positive environment is a priority for this subreddit. Please don't be a jerk. It is okay to disagree but be sure to keep conversation respectful. Don't post inflammatory content or personal attacks. No trolling or purposely causing drama. - No NSFW, Gore, Sexualized & Disturbing content
We discourage content that may shock or offend including highly sexualized imagery, nudity, blood, gore, ‘gross out’ imagery, violence, and other disturbing content at moderators’ discretion. - Controversial Themes and Figures
To reduce conflict, we steer away from themes that have a history of causing issues. Controversial themes are usually about politics, religion, and social causes. Controversial figures include politicians, religious leaders and icons, a few celebrities, social activists, etc. This is at moderators discretion. It isn’t our endorsement or rejection of any cause or political position, it’s just to keep the conflict down. - Original Content Only

Mods may determine some posts are low effort enough for removal; this includes things such as people posting the same repeated content multiple times, stuff like “Is this AI?” posts, engagement bait titles, and/or general clutter posts that don’t add value to the sub. Please put multiple images from the same series into a gallery post - you can add up to 20 in a gallery. Posts in quick succession will be removed for spam. - No Misinformation or Misleading Posts
Do not present posts/images in a way that could lead people to believe the images are real, and not AI generated. If it seems like the images could cause this confusion, please clarify in the title and/or comments that it is not. - No Image Generation requests
We get so many of these it’s just become spammy. If you want to encourage others to make images with a theme then you must also contribute to the post with images you have made yourself. - Repeated Violations and other Bad Actions
Antagonistic or disruptive behavior such as abuse of the modmail system, attempts to circumvent subreddit rules, submissions of prohibited content, various kinds of bias and bigotry, repeated rule violations, etc. may result in permanent bans.
