We are moms mucking through the ickier parts of child raising. It may not always be pretty, fun and awesome, but we do it. We want to be here for other moms who are going through the same experiences and offer a helping hand.

Blogs and surveys are not welcomed at this time. Promotional posts, market research and solicitations are also not allowed.
No panhandling
r/mommit is for emotional and moral support, not financial support. There are other subs for that. Please do not ask for money, gift cards, donations, etc. and do not post wishlists, gofundme links, referral links, etc.

Mommit is a subreddit for mothers, not about mothers. There are plenty of parenting subreddits open to anyone, and very few open to just mothers. Please respect an area meant for sharing only these experiences. If you are not a mother (or expectant mother), please try /r/parenting, /r/daddit, /r/askparents, /r/babybumps, r/FenceSitter, r/ttc as the case may be. - Be kind
We are here for support - to lift each other up. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. Be nasty, catch a ban. F around and find out. - No panhandling
