What this page is
This page quotes r/newstreamer's rules as ThreadFox read them on 2026-10-06. The quoted text is the community's; the verdict above is our reading of it. Conditions often decide whether a post fits (a required thread, flair, posting day, account age or karma), and r/newstreamer's current rules on Reddit always win over this page.
Free, for a specific product: a researched Reddit plan by email (communities whose rules fit your post, quoted and dated), or ThreadFox Lite, read-only tools an AI assistant can use to read a community's current rules itself, through your own Chrome (Claude Code: claude mcp add threadfox-lite -- uvx threadfox-lite). For an assistant that also writes and posts within each community's rules, the ThreadFox kit is $49 once.
Want to post here? Get ThreadFox ($49): your AI (Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex) reads a community's current rules, writes one post that fits and posts once from your own Chrome. No Claude? We'll post for you ($99 per 30-day campaign). Free: a Reddit launch plan for your product, ThreadFox Lite or the posting checklist by email.

- Rule 1 - No f4f posts
No f4f posts / No "Im Live" posts. If you want to post this go to our sister subreddit - r/twitchfollow4follow/ - Rule 2 - No unrelated content
Only streaming / streamer related content and questions anything else will be removed and may result in a ban. - Rule 3 - Follow Reddits Rules
Follow the site rules or you will be banned and your post/comment removed. - Rule 4 - No Giveaway posts
No Giveaway posts - No low effort/please watch me posts
This refers to posts that only contain things such as "I'm new please watch me" or "my friend just started please watch him" or generally anything very low effort while trying to engagement farm. This includes spamming the same message in multiple subs and just posting your stream analytics with no information about the stream or streamer.
What the written rules don't show
- Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
- Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
- The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
