What its rules say about promotion
Post Frequency
Limit one post every 24 hours. Or... If you're posting to represent a community the limit is one post every two weeks. Using an alternate account to circumvent this rule will result in a temporary or permanent ban. Comments have more leeway, but don’t overdo it. Use common sense. If you’re promoting your community on every thread, you will still be banned. These cases are handled individually with no strict limits. This is a place to meet people, not to boost your Daily Active Users metric.
All 4 rules of r/RocketLeagueFriends
- Boosting
Offering/Requesting boosting services is prohibited on the subreddit. Doing so will result in a temporary or permanent ban. Boosting is also prohibited by the makers of the game, Psyonix, and participating in boosting may result in a suspension from the game and loss of season rewards. - Post Frequency

Do not harass other users. Flaming (insulting users directly, name-calling, hate speech) may result in a temporary or a permanent ban from the subreddit at a moderator's discretion. - Title Guidelines
Posts must follow the format `[Region] Brief description of your post`. Titles without a description will be removed. Good examples: * [NA] Looking for a Plat 2 duo partner * [EU] Looking for two people for a snowday tournament
What the written rules don't show
- Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
- Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
- The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
Let your AI read the rules before it posts.
ThreadFox reads a community's current rules, writes a post that fits them, posts once with Reddit's Brand affiliate tag and checks it stayed up. The free ThreadFox Lite reads rules too.
