What this page is
This page quotes r/Trophies's rules as ThreadFox read them on 2026-10-05. The quoted text is the community's; the verdict above is our reading of it. Conditions often decide whether a post fits (a required thread, flair, posting day, account age or karma), and r/Trophies's current rules on Reddit always win over this page.
Free, for a specific product: a researched Reddit plan by email (communities whose rules fit your post, quoted and dated), or ThreadFox Lite, read-only tools an AI assistant can use to read a community's current rules itself, through your own Chrome (Claude Code: claude mcp add threadfox-lite -- uvx threadfox-lite). For an assistant that also writes and posts within each community's rules, the ThreadFox kit is $49 once.
Want to post here? Get ThreadFox ($49): your AI (Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex) reads a community's current rules, writes one post that fits and posts once from your own Chrome. No Claude? We'll post for you ($99 per 30-day campaign). Free: a Reddit launch plan for your product, ThreadFox Lite or the posting checklist by email.

- its rules on Reddit
A subreddit for those in quest of the almighty Platinum! Gold, Silver, and Bronze trophy hunters welcome too! Covering PlayStation 5 (PS5), PlayStation 4 (PS4), PlayStation 3 (PS3), and PS Vita. Note: Does not cover Xbox, Nintendo, Steam, or other non-PlayStation platform achievements.
All 5 rules of r/Trophies
- Posts must be related to PlayStation trophies.
All posts must be related to PlayStation trophies. This is very straightforward: pretty much anything is allowed here so long as it's related to trophies. Posts related to Xbox/Nintendo/Steam etc achievements are not allowed. - Spoilers must be tagged.
Posts: If any image within a post contains a spoiler, the Spoiler tag must be applied. Even with spoiler tag applied, text spoilers are not allowed in titles. Comments: Comments that contain spoilers need to use the spoiler function when not related to the subject of the post, or when commenting on posts specified as spoiler free. - Screenshots must be yours.
Simply put: if you post a screenshot of a trophy it should be your trophy. There are minor exceptions like things that are obviously memes/jokes, but simply presenting someone else's achievement as your own isn't allowed. - No solicitation for trophy services.
Offering services that involve others sharing account information with you in order to earn them trophies is strictly forbidden and will result in a ban. These services are too susceptible too theft and scams. - All submissions must begin with the [Game Name] in brackets in the title.
Non-game specific posts should being with either [Other], [Discussion], or [Meta] in brackets in the title. Posts covering multiple games can have one, some, or all of the games, or just [Multiple Games] in brackets at the beginning of the title.
What the written rules don't show
- Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
- Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
- The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
Let your AI read the rules before it posts.
ThreadFox reads a community's current rules, writes a post that fits them, posts once with Reddit's Brand affiliate tag and checks it stayed up. The free ThreadFox Lite reads rules too.
