What this page is

This page quotes r/WorkoutRoutines's rules as ThreadFox read them on 2026-10-04. The quoted text is the community's; the verdict above is our reading of it. Conditions often decide whether a post fits (a required thread, flair, posting day, account age or karma), and r/WorkoutRoutines's current rules on Reddit always win over this page.

Free, for a specific product: a researched Reddit plan by email (communities whose rules fit your post, quoted and dated), or ThreadFox Lite, read-only tools an AI assistant can use to read a community's current rules itself, through your own Chrome (Claude Code: claude mcp add threadfox-lite -- uvx threadfox-lite). For an assistant that also writes and posts within each community's rules, the ThreadFox kit is $49 once.

Want to post here? Get ThreadFox ($49): your AI (Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex) reads a community's current rules, writes one post that fits and posts once from your own Chrome. No Claude? We'll post for you ($99 per 30-day campaign). Free: a Reddit launch plan for your product, ThreadFox Lite or the posting checklist by email.

What its rules say about promotion

Promoting Onlyfans and other 18+ content
Users found promoting their 18+ or nsfw content will be banned permanently.
No SPAM/Promotions
No promotions of any kind, links, apps, websites, books…. No promos. No spam.
All 10 rules of r/WorkoutRoutines
  1. Photograph/video criteria
Do not post videos or photos that are solely for showing off, as they do not contribute value to the community. If you DO want to show off, you MUST include your DETAILED workout routine (saying “I do ppl 3x/week” is not good enough. Include your exercises, reps/sets)
  2. Do not post asking “what should I do?” If you aren’t already doing something.
We are not here to build an entire routine for you based off of photos of your body. Start with SOMETHING, try it out, and come back for advice. You could even build your own routine and post it asking if it’s ok/what should be changed. It’s pretty easy to google “exercises for building glutes”.
  3. Before / After photos
Before and after photos are allowed but you MUST include your workout routine that got you there (and answer any additional questions asked to you by commenters). We are a discussion based sub, so start a discussion.
  4. Maintain Respectful Language
All members must treat each other with respect. Avoid unnecessary profanity, hateful language, or any form of racism. Let’s foster a kind and welcoming community. Users found using offensive language will face consequences, including muting or banning, based on the severity of their actions.
  5. Promoting Onlyfans and other 18+ content
Users found promoting their 18+ or nsfw content will be banned permanently.
  6. No SPAM/Promotions
No promotions of any kind, links, apps, websites, books…. No promos. No spam.
  7. All Posts must have the correct flair
All posts MUST have a flair and if they are not there then they will automatically be removed. If you are posting before and after photos it should have that flair. If you are posting for workout review it should have the necessary flair. If you are asking for advice based on a body photo it should have that flair. If it is nutrition- use the nutrition flair
  8. No NSFW photos
This includes nsfw photos where you blur or colour over the nsfw bits. Please don’t be indecent. Obviously sometimes the posts WILL need to see various areas on your body, but try to be decent about it. Mods will use some discretion here.
  9. No impersonating other users
We're wildly serious about not impersonating other users. There's no reason to karma farm on someone else's account.
  10. Minimum Age - 18
    No users under 18

What the written rules don't show

  • Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
  • Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
  • The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.

Let your AI read the rules before it posts.

ThreadFox reads a community's current rules, writes a post that fits them, posts once with Reddit's Brand affiliate tag and checks it stayed up. The free ThreadFox Lite reads rules too.
