This is not a subreddit to push ideologies about groups of people (no matter what kind) or to write negativities or generalizations in response to an OP. Derogatory and unhelpful comments about any general category of people will be removed and the commenter is subject to a ban (especially on a second offense). - No direct soliticing

Participants in the sub must speak to each other with respect (no sarcasm, aggression or personal attacks). - No recommending of any counter-bullying
Do not suggest that OP should engage in behavior that is hostile towards the bully and do not recommend actions which are illegal. - No exact names of workplaces/coworkers
Do not name specific companies or coworkers. This is to protect you legally and abide by Reddit TOS. - No derailing OP's post to engage in culture wars
OPs should be about their specific workplace situation. Responses to OP should essentially be support or feedback about their specific situation.
What the written rules don't show
- Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
- Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
- The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
