Put your plan for Orbit Snap to work.

We used ThreadFox to find your Reddit thread. Use the same tools to find useful threads, check the rules, write posts and replies, and follow up.

  • Reusable Reddit tools: connect Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex to your Chrome. Your AI can research, write, publish and follow up. You authorize the work.
  • Your included Launch Pack: a community plan and three tailored post drafts for one product. Emailed within 24 hours of your library claim. Claim it before tool setup.

Set it up once on your computer with a compatible AI client, Chrome and your Reddit account. Your AI service is separate. Keep using the tools beyond the three included drafts.

$19.99 for you, instead of $49 $19.99 total, one time. Offer ends October 19. 30-day self-service refund.

We run it on ourselves. On October 12 it brought 1,994 people from Reddit to this site. What it brings you depends on your product and what you say.

Check setup for my AI and computer
Will it work with my setup?

Choose your AI client and computer to see the steps before you buy. Your AI plan is separate; ThreadFox runs locally through your Chrome.

Claude Desktop · install the extension

  1. Use a Claude Desktop build that supports local extensions. From your private buyer library, download ThreadFox.mcpb, open it with Claude and click Install.
  2. Start a new regular chat. Desktop supplies Python; ThreadFox prepares Node.js if needed. The Code view uses the terminal path instead.
  3. Add Microsoft’s Playwright Extension to your Chrome, sign in to Reddit, then choose Set up ThreadFox under + or type set up ThreadFox.

Linux: Claude Desktop is in beta. Confirm your build offers local extension installation. If opening the file does not offer Install, choose Claude Code or Codex and use the terminal route. Current Linux requirements.

Claude Code or Codex · use your library’s installer

  1. Install and sign in to your AI client on this computer first. It must support local tools.
  2. From your private library, copy the command for your system into PowerShell on Windows, or Terminal on macOS/Linux. Keep the full command private. It installs the tools and registers the supported clients it finds.
  3. Restart the AI client. Add Microsoft’s Playwright Extension to Chrome, sign in to Reddit, and ask your AI to set up ThreadFox.

The installer uses Python 3.10+ and Node.js 18+, or downloads checksum-verified copies for supported systems. No administrator rights are needed for the ThreadFox installer. Keep the AI client and Chrome on the same computer.

Use a computer to run the tools

A phone or browser-only chat can read your library and claim the included Launch Pack, but cannot run these local tools. The pack is a one-product plan and three drafts, emailed within 24 hours of your library claim.

Continue on a computer with Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex. If you want our team to run the campaign, Managed is a separate service.

Ready means: after the first Chrome tab-selection prompt, the tool check passes and your AI shows the intended Reddit username. Installing a client alone does not prove the connection. Keep normal permission prompts enabled.

Your plan for Orbit Snap

Orbit Snap is your Android game in a closed test, seeking testers who play it and share a screenshot daily for 14 days.

r/alphaandbetausers 47,398 members

It allows a post about it on its stated conditions

Why it fits: It exists for makers to find alpha and beta testers, and Orbit Snap is in a closed test that needs testers.

What it expects, an opening angle, what gets it removed
What it expects
Tag your title with stage and system, as in "[Android, Alpha]", add a description, and link a build "ready to be tested". It also asks you to "take the time to test someone else's product as well."
An opening angle
Describe what playing Orbit Snap is like and offer to test other members' products in return for their daily play during your test.
What gets a post removed
Links that lead only to a sign-up page and not to a build that is ready to test, a product not believed to be in alpha or beta, or anything that reads as spam.

Its rule, word for word:

“The place to get Alpha and Beta users and testers to test your app/website”
  • “Posts must include links to products that are ready to be tested”
  • “Please tag title with stage and system, i.e., [Android, Alpha] or [IOS, Beta]”
  • “Please add a description of your product”
and 3 more in its rules
  • “DO NOT post links to pages that only request email addresses or "registration for launch" or "apply here" for future testing.”
  • “Links to products that are believed not to be in Alpha or Beta will be removed.”
  • “If you are posting, please take the time to test someone else's product as well.”

It allows a post about it on its stated conditions

Why it fits: Its rule invites people who have their own product and are looking for testers, and that is what your closed test needs.

What it expects, an opening angle, what gets it removed
What it expects
Put a category in your title. "[opportunity]" is the one for "Open beta test sign up links". Your account must be at least 24 hours old and have at least 2 combined karma.
An opening angle
Lay out the join, opt-in, download and daily screenshot steps plainly so members know what testing Orbit Snap asks of them before they sign up.
What gets a post removed
Posting from an account below its age or karma requirement, or a post that reads as spam or low effort.

Its rule, word for word:

“If you have your own product and are looking for testers, feel free to post it here!”
  • “All products are welcome.”
  • “If you make a post, please use one of the following categories in the title:”
  • “[opportunity] - Open beta test sign up links”
and 17 more in its rules
  • “[strategy] - Beta test best practices, tips, advice, analysis”
  • “[heads up] - Articles or information about upcoming or current beta tests”
  • “[question] - General beta testing questions”

r/IndieDev 454,445 members

It allows a post about it on its stated conditions

Why it fits: It welcomes anything indie, and its members are fellow developers, the peers most likely to join a test swap.

What it expects, an opening angle, what gets it removed
What it expects
Get some user flair and lead with images or GIFs. It calls them "the community-preferred medium" for getting your idea across.
An opening angle
Open with a short clip of Orbit Snap and invite other developers who need closed-test testers to swap daily testing with you.
What gets a post removed
Its only stated ban is on capsule comparison posts outside Wednesdays. The permission quoted covers indie work, so a post that is not about your indie work falls outside it.

Its rule, word for word:

“Post whatever you like as long as it's indie!”
  • “If you weren't sure which subreddit to post it to because of too many rules to follow, it can probably be posted here.”

Its conditions, word for word:

All 5 of its rules for posts, word for word
  1. Posts must relate to game DESIGN (not just game DEVELOPMENT) Discussion of game rules, mechanics, and their effects on gameplay. This could be for advice on designing your own game, discussing an article on game design, seeking the reasoning behind design decisions in existing works, and more. Pertinent links are OK, but please avoid posts that just redirect discussion elsewhere.
  2. Limit PROMOTION and JOB ADS Use the weekly “Show & Tell” thread pinned in this sub for self-promotion (e.g. if you want to bring attention to something you made, such as a game, a how-to video, an article on game design, a survey, or a contest). You may make a new post if you are asking specific game design questions about your game or are otherwise looking to spur relevant discussion. It’s OK to include links as long as your post still follows the rules. Do not post job ads or sales here. Use subs like r/inat for that.
  3. No LOW EFFORT posts This is not about length; short posts can follow Rule #1 just fine, while AI can generate long & pointless posts in a blink. Think about what you want to discuss before you post, and make an effort to give others both the context and the prompt to discuss it. No blind links; always explain what a link leads to and, if not obvious, its relevance to game design. No vague or unfocused posts, such as “looking for feedback” without a specific question.
  4. Posts must be in English To keep discussion accessible to the whole community, all new posts should be primarily in English. No language restrictions apply to comments.
  5. posting guidelines /r/GameDesign is for topics related to the design of rulesets for interactive entertainment systems - video games, board games, tabletop RPGs, or any other type. /r/GameDesign is not a subreddit about general game development, nor is it a programming subreddit. All of them on our games list.

A missing rule is not permission, and a community's current rules always win.

Making something else? Look up your own product

A few things before you start.

What do I need?

Your own Claude or Codex plan (Claude Code, Claude Desktop or Codex), your Reddit account, and a computer with Chrome for the one-time setup. After that you can start and follow runs from the Claude app on your phone with Remote Control (Claude Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise): it drives the session on your computer, so the computer needs to be on. Watch the setup walkthrough.

What arrives after payment?

Your private library with the ThreadFox installer and connection guide. Connect your AI and Chrome, give it your business brief and let it carry out the outreach you authorize. Claim your included Launch Pack there: a researched community plan and three tailored post drafts for one product, emailed within 24 hours of your claim.

Will it post automatically?

Yes. Once connected, your AI can research, write, publish and follow up within the permissions you give it. ThreadFox supplies the tools and workflow; your AI client runs the job. Keep the required computer and client running for active work. Community rules, account restrictions and your client's permission prompts still apply.

What if it is not for me?

The kit has a 30-day self-service refund. Your free plan stays free.

Does this guarantee customers?

No. The demo proves that the tools can publish a post and reply. Results depend on your offer, the conversations available and how people respond. See our recorded runs.
