What its rules say about promotion

No self promotion of any kind (indirect or direct)
No checkout my app were you then mention the apps name in the comments, no offering services in the post (comments are ok)
No posts of direct or indirect advertising of services, including free ones (comments are ok)
No posts like top ten dev companies or other blunt ads
No "Pls upload my app" or "I want to buy/sell a play/appstore account"
These are either known scams or unknowingly will lead to both accounts getting banned

What its rules say about AI and bots

No Low Effort or AI Slop Posts
Posts that were obviously made by ai will be removed, or low effort posts asking like "how do I make an app"

  1. No self promotion of any kind (indirect or direct)

  2. Immidiate ban for any violations!
    While this sub is small, there will be no warnings, due to people breaking rules serval times after their post was removed. If you want to get unbanned, no problem, contact me. Qoute the exact rule you broke and explain how you broke the rule.
  3. No posts of direct or indirect advertising of services, including free ones (comments are ok)
    No posts like top ten dev companies or other blunt ads
  4. No "try out my/this app" posts
    This includes also websites.
  5. No Low Effort or AI Slop Posts

    No posts asking to fill out a survey

What the written rules don't show

  • Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
  • Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
  • The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
