Can you promote on r/Bass?

What its rules say about promotion

No Sales
Don't use the sub to sell or advertise your gear, products or services (with very few exceptions, ask the mods). Use r/Gear4Sale for selling gear. Also, do not post links to giveaways where you personally benefit (getting more entries) by propagating (spamming) a link. Patreon or other crowdfunding linking where you would personally benefit from sales to our members are also prohibited.

    Check the sidebar, the [FAQ](https://www.reddit.com/r/Bass/wiki/faq), and search for your answer before making a post. We have lots of common questions with lots of common answers.
  2. New Gear Posts belong in the Weekly GEAR Thread
    New Bass Day (NBD) and Gear posts go into the weekly threads. Posts made outside of the thread will be removed and asked to be reposted. (*Custom builds, rare or noteworthy instruments are exempt from this rule, but please include details in your post.)
  3. No Sales

    Resist the urge to start "gig pic", "bass face" and "family photo" threads. (*Custom builds, rare or noteworthy instruments are exempt from this rule, but please include details in your post.)
  7. No Tab Requests
    Requests for tab should be made in /r/paidtabs or /r/basstabs and will be removed from /r/bass.
  8. Label Feedback Requests
    We ask that video or audio of you or your band playing be tagged [Feedback] in the subject of the post.
  9. Be nice
    We expect you to treat other redditors with kindness. Personal attacks will not be tolerated, nor will slurs based on race, gender, sexual orientation, or any other discriminatory criteria.
