What this page is
This page quotes r/BrosDatingAdvice's rules as ThreadFox read them on 2026-10-12. The quoted text is the community's; the verdict above is our reading of it. Conditions often decide whether a post fits (a required thread, flair, posting day, account age or karma), and r/BrosDatingAdvice's current rules on Reddit always win over this page.

- its rules on Reddit
This community is for bros who want to have more success with women. Here we share advice and seek knowledge to elevate our love lives.
What its rules say about promotion
No OnlyFans promoting
This community is purely for guys who want to share and ask dating advice from other guys. Nothing more, nothing less!
No low effort/wank dating advice videos
I know, everybody wants to be a dating coach on YT but your videos can't be just some slideshows with generic dating advice or videos that promote shit behaviors like treating women bad, drugging them, being sexist etc.. These type of videos are not tolerated.
All 7 rules of r/BrosDatingAdvice
- No bitching about women
This is NOT a community where to bitch about women! All posts and comments that give off that vibe will be deleted and if the morale will not improve, result in a ban. - No bullying
We are all trying to get help or share advice on this sub. Insulting mods or other redditors is not tolerated and will result in a swift ban. - No "ideologies"
This one is a bit difficult to explain but basically the goal of this sub is to give better dating advice than many mainstream subs: "just be yourself, love will come etc" - useless PC advice ..while not dipping into extremes of all kind of colorful pills (red/blue/black/whatever color). Also, women coming to this sub just to shame on men trying to improve their dating lives will be banned without warning! - No OnlyFans promoting
This community is purely for guys who want to share and ask dating advice from other guys. Nothing more, nothing less! - No politics
If your post or comment gives off political vibe then it will be removed. This community is purely for guys who want to share and ask dating advice from other guys. Nothing more, nothing less! - No low effort/wank dating advice videos
I know, everybody wants to be a dating coach on YT but your videos can't be just some slideshows with generic dating advice or videos that promote shit behaviors like treating women bad, drugging them, being sexist etc.. These type of videos are not tolerated. - Moderator discretion
Some content may be removed and users banned on moderators discretion in order to keep the sub healthy. Some posts, comments & users may not explicitly violate any specific rule but would otherwise damage the ecosystem of this sub. If you follow the rules and keep a positive tone in your posts and comments then you have nothing to worry about.
What the written rules don't show
- Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
- Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
- The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
Let your AI read the rules before it posts.
ThreadFox reads a community's current rules, writes a post that fits them, posts once with Reddit's Brand affiliate tag and checks it stayed up. The free ThreadFox Lite reads rules too.
