What this page is
This page quotes r/chicagobulls's rules as ThreadFox read them on 2026-10-06. The quoted text is the community's; the verdict above is our reading of it. Conditions often decide whether a post fits (a required thread, flair, posting day, account age or karma), and r/chicagobulls's current rules on Reddit always win over this page.
Free, for a specific product: a researched Reddit plan by email (communities whose rules fit your post, quoted and dated), or ThreadFox Lite, read-only tools an AI assistant can use to read a community's current rules itself, through your own Chrome (Claude Code: claude mcp add threadfox-lite -- uvx threadfox-lite). For an assistant that also writes and posts within each community's rules, the ThreadFox kit is $49 once.
Want to post here? Get ThreadFox ($49): your AI (Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex) reads a community's current rules, writes one post that fits and posts once from your own Chrome. No Claude? We'll post for you ($99 per 30-day campaign). Free: a Reddit launch plan for your product, ThreadFox Lite or the posting checklist by email.

All 6 rules of r/chicagobulls
- Multiple threads for the same topic
Having multiple threads on the same topic dilutes discussion and creates clutter. Check the /new queue before posting to make sure we do not have multiple threads on the same topic, especially if it's a hot topic. - Misrepresented Information
Please make sure the title of your submission properly represents the message, article, or video of your post. Try to stick as closely as possible to the original title. No sensationalized titles are allowed. - Debate, don't argue
We understand there are times when discussions get heated, but if you cannot remove yourself from excessively negative conversations, we will do it for you. Reddit has an ignore feature and an old report feature. Use both to your benefit. **Retaliatory comments that break our rules are still comments that break our rules.** Keep in mind retaliatory comments can be just as bad as instigating comments in an argument. Use your best judgement. - Don't be a dick
Everyone is expected to maintain a certain level of maturity. No trolling, no baiting others into arguments, no spoilers (within reason), etc. There's nothing wrong with a little trash talk and friendly (even just semi-friendly) debate, but let's do it without resorting to complete childishness. Often times what you may consider a joke may be offensive to others. - Novelty accounts are not permitted
We do not allow novelty accounts and we will remove on sight. Exceptions can be made, but please contact the moderating team. - AI content is banned

What the written rules don't show
- Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
- Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
- The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
Let your AI read the rules before it posts.
ThreadFox reads a community's current rules, writes a post that fits them, posts once with Reddit's Brand affiliate tag and checks it stayed up. The free ThreadFox Lite reads rules too.
