There are lots of writers and artists who are willing to discuss and critique your work. Looking for paid jobs requires a public portfolio
If you're looking for a paid job, you need to include a link to your public portfolio. It's also highly encouraged to link at least one social media account. When creating a hiring post, do not ask for direct messages/email/forms/etc., so that everyone interested in a paid job needs to respond in comments and show their portfolio publicly. Artists looking for unpaid collaborations don't need to have a portfolio.
Crowdfunding / Self-promo posts are reserved for active members
Self-promotion is reserved for active members of the sub. If you only make self-promo or crowdfunding posts with no other meaningful engagement in the sub, your posts might be removed. Note that offering your skills as an artist/colorist/writer/etc. for hire is not considered a self-promotion for purposes of this rule.

When looking for a collaborator, your post needs to have details about your project. Specify what kind of collaboration you're seeking. Include a summary of the work, your budget, your monetization plan, your previous experience. If you're a writer looking for an artist, be realistic with your expectations, especially if you're looking for an unpaid collaboration. Remember, it's your passion project, not theirs.
