Telling someone their work sucks is not constructive; tell them how it suck and what to work on instead. Here's a quick format you can use: "You can work on improving ___ by fixing the ___ . You can do so by ___ ." - Don't be Creepy, Rude, or Annoying
Anyone caught doing the above towards a member is OUT. - We Are Not An Engagement Farm
Any low value post that only tries to garner views is OUT. Posts need to either: 1. ask a question on a specific thing that people can critique or 2. explain a process or tip that other people can benefit from.
