What this page is
This page quotes r/Crystals's rules as ThreadFox read them on 2026-10-11. The quoted text is the community's; the verdict above is our reading of it. Conditions often decide whether a post fits (a required thread, flair, posting day, account age or karma), and r/Crystals's current rules on Reddit always win over this page.

What its rules say about promotion
Selling & Advertising on SUNDAY only
Advertising of shops or specific crystals will only be allowed on Sundays. This does not include other subs or discord channels, but it does include other outside social media links (youtube, facebook, instagram, etc.), websites, crystal shows, and other forms of self advertisement. Our definition is based on Sunday CST. Linking to shops on other days should be kept to DM's, and only when requested. Repeated rule breaks will result in a ban. There will be a limit of 3 ads per user.

- No Jerkish Behaviour
Remember the human. When you communicate online, all you see is a computer screen. When talking to someone you might want to ask yourself "Would I say it to the person's face?" or "Would I get jumped if I said this to a buddy?" Adhere to the same standards of behavior online that you follow in real life. Remember we have both spiritual and non-spiritual users here, and as long as we are all respectful, everyone is welcome. https://www.reddithelp.com/hc/en-us/articles/205926439 - Selling & Advertising on SUNDAY only

This does not fit the subject of this sub, We will not tolerate any inappropriate content you will be immediately banned. - Science versus Spirituality
We are a respectful community, and therefore allow users who believe in the spiritual side of crystals as well as those who do not. We have both spiritual and non-spiritual users here, and as long as we are all respectful, everyone is welcome. - No "is this citrine" or "is my citrine real/natural" posts - ask them in the mega thread
All requests for citrine verification / identification must be in the mega thread at the top of the main page. Any other posts on the subject will be removed.
What the written rules don't show
- Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
- Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
- The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
Let your AI read the rules before it posts.
ThreadFox reads a community's current rules, writes a post that fits them, posts once with Reddit's Brand affiliate tag and checks it stayed up. The free ThreadFox Lite reads rules too.
