its rules on Reddit

Welcome to Discord Servers List! This is a place to share your discord server for free or find new communities to join. Please note, we only approve servers we can access to review for rule violations. So do not post if you cannot grant us access for this due diligence.

What its rules say about promotion

Discord Community Guidelines
All interactions on the promoted servers must adhere to Discord’s Community Guidelines. This includes respecting all rules related to content, behavior and privacy as outlined by Discord. Violations of these guidelines, such as harassment, hate speech or illegal activities, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the server. Always review and follow Discord's official guidelines to ensure a positive and compliant experience for everyone.

Relevant Content
This subreddit is dedicated exclusively to promoting and seeking Discord servers. Posts should be focused on advertising Discord servers or looking for Discord servers to join. All other forms of promotion or requests are not permitted, including but not limited to social media accounts, personal websites, non-Discord communities or requests unrelated to finding a Discord server.

No Racist, Illegal, Explicit, Adult or Dagrading Content (No NSFW)
Content that is racist, illegal, explicit, adult-oriented or degrading is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, illegal activities, explicit, semi-toxic or adult material and content that degrades or insults individuals or groups. Such content will be removed immediately, and users posting it may face bans or other penalties. We are committed to maintaining a respectful and safe environment for all members! This includes NSFW server banners and any promotion.

No Hate Speech or Offensive Servers
Any server promoted on this subreddit must be free of racist, hateful or discriminatory content. This includes but is not limited to offensive remarks, slurs or behavior targeting religion, skin color, ethnicity, nationality, sexual preference, bullying, semi-toxic or any form of discriminatory treatment, insinuations, or hints of racism. We do not allow the promotion of servers that encourage, tolerate or fail to moderate such behavior.

No Promotion of Servers Encouraging Substance Use
Discord servers that promote, encourage, or facilitate the use of substances such as alcohol, smoking, vaping, or drugs (including "420-friendly" communities) are not allowed. This includes any servers that discuss, normalize, or provide spaces for users to engage in substance-related activities. Our subreddit is focused on promoting safe and inclusive Discord communities. Servers that revolve around or endorse substance use pose potential risks and are not suitable for this subreddit.

No Weapon-Related Servers
Servers that promote, display, or glorify weapons (including guns, knives, explosives or similar) are not allowed. This includes servers focused on showing off weapons, selling or trading them, or discussing their use. Such content violates Reddit’s guidelines and poses safety concerns. Any posts promoting these types of servers will be removed and users may face a ban.

Do Not Advertise Hacks/Scam/Invite Reward Servers
Do not advertise hacks, scams or invite reward servers. This includes promoting any form of hacks, cheats, scams or servers that offer rewards for invites, money or bets. Such activities are harmful and unsafe and we aim to protect our community from these risks. Any posts or links related to these topics will be removed, and users who attempt to spread such content may face bans. Your cooperation helps keep our community safe and secure!

Political Servers
Political servers are allowed as long as discussions remain respectful, civil and constructive. Any server that promotes harassment, targeted hate, extremism or conspiracy theories is not permitted. These communities should focus on education, healthy debate and mutual respect, rather than division, trolling or hostility.

Permanent Invite Link and Description at least 20 Characters
To post your Discord server advertisement, you must include a permanent invite link and a description of at least 20 characters. Advertisements that do not meet these criteria will be removed. This rule ensures that all promotions are clear, informative and useful to the community!

No Ads in Comments
Do not post advertisements or promotional content in the comments of other users' posts. This includes unsolicited ads for products, services, or personal projects. Such comments are considered disruptive and will be removed. If you wish to share promotional content, please do so in designated areas or with prior approval from the moderators.

Privacy is a fundamental right. Do not share personal information about yourself or others, including but not limited to, full names, addresses, phone numbers or private messages, without explicit consent. Doxxing or the act of publishing private information with the intent to harm or harass someone, will result in an immediate ban!
Be Benevolent and Polite
Treat every member of the community with dignity and respect. Disparaging comments, personal attacks, or any form of harassment are not welcome here. This includes any form of bullying, belittling, or targeting individuals based on their identity, opinions, or affiliations. Our community thrives on constructive and respectful interactions, so please consider the impact of your words before posting.
Report Rule Violations
If you encounter a post or comment that violates these rules, please report it to the moderators rather than engaging directly. Moderators are here to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment and your reports assist them in doing so. Reporting helps us address issues quickly and keeps the community healthy.

What the written rules don't show

Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.

Let your AI read the rules before it posts.

ThreadFox reads a community's current rules, writes a post that fits them, posts once with Reddit's Brand affiliate tag and checks it stayed up. The free ThreadFox Lite reads rules too.
