Spam
No spam this includes self promotion. Violations will result in a ban.

  1. Posts regarding scams
    Do not post a new topic about scams. Use the [stickied scam thread.](https://www.reddit.com/r/Ebay/search/?q=eBay%20Weekly%20Scam%20Discussion&restrict_sr=1&sort=new)
  2. No links to eBay.
    Links to eBay aren’t allowed on /r/ebay. Violations will result in a ban.
  3. Personal information
    Block out all personal or private information. This includes USERNAMES. If you are posting a screenshot, black out any names, street addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses etc Violations will result in a ban.
  4. Spam
    No spam this includes self promotion. Violations will result in a ban.
  5. Coupons
    We don’t know when the next coupon is. Please don’t ask.
  6. Private messages
    Do not private message users. Don’t request private messages. If you need to message the mods then use the link in the sidebar. DO NOT INDIVIDUALLY MESSAGE MODS! Violations will result in a ban.
  7. Meme / joke / low quality
    No jokes or meme posts. Low quality posts will be removed.
  8. No videos
    No videos this includes YouTube. Violations will result in a ban.
  9. Abuse / Drama
    Be respectful to other users and behave in a civil manner. Personal attacks will be removed and result in a ban. Purposely starting drama will earn you a permanent ban. r/eBay is a place to help. Posts regarding leaving eBay will be removed.
  10. Illegal activity.
    Any recommendations for users to open fake returns, commit fraud or ANY other illegal activity will result in a permanent ban. Do not ask how to use eBay under the age of 18. No excuses, no exceptions.
  11. Account suspensions
    Don’t make posts about being suspended or restricted. Suspensions are permanent, Sorry but there’s no way to help besides Ebay customer service.
  12. Answer can be googled.
    If your answer can be easily googled or answered by eBay, it will be removed.
  13. Tax & duties questions
    All tax & duties questions should be answered by a tax professional near your location. Posts about these will be removed
  14. Import Fees / Tariffs / Customs / Duty/ VAT / Tracking numbers
    No one knows if you’ll be charged by customs. Google your country’s customs. Tracking - we don’t know when your item will be delivered. Contact your seller.
  15. No politics
    We don’t allow political posts or comments. Numerous violations will result in a permanent ban.
