Free, for a specific product: a researched Reddit plan by email (communities whose rules fit your post, quoted and dated), or ThreadFox Lite, read-only tools an AI assistant can use to read a community's current rules itself, through your own Chrome (Claude Code: claude mcp add threadfox-lite -- uvx threadfox-lite). For an assistant that also writes and posts within each community's rules, the ThreadFox kit is $49 once.

What its rules say about promotion
Self-Promotion
Follow [Reddits guidelines](https://www.reddit.com/wiki/selfpromotion/) on self-promotion. You may only post self-promotion once every 7 days. Please message our moderators before promoting subreddits or Discords.
All 12 rules of r/ElderScrolls
- Act civil
Everyone must follow [Reddiquette](https://support.reddithelp.com/hc/en-us/articles/205926439-Reddiquette). Be nice and don't be rude or disrespectful to others. No harassment, witch-hunting, sexism, racism, or hate speech. - Stay on topic
Please keep all discussions related to The Elder Scrolls (games, lore, characters, mods, fan art/projects, etc.) Discussions (which include but are not limited to) real-world politics, religion, and global issues are allowed only if they directly relate to The Elder Scrolls. - Spam
Don't spam posts. Please be reasonable with how often and how much you are posting. Excessive posting will lead to the post(s) being removed and a possible ban. - Self-Promotion
Follow [Reddits guidelines](https://www.reddit.com/wiki/selfpromotion/) on self-promotion. You may only post self-promotion once every 7 days. Please message our moderators before promoting subreddits or Discords. - Piracy
No illegal file sharing such as pirated software, cracks and store content. Discussion is okay as long as names of and links to specific websites are not posted. Any content made by users or mods, even items from donation or paysites reuploaded for free, is allowed. - Spoilers
Game spoilers are allowed, but please be considerate about others when sharing them. When The Elder Scrolls 6 is released, a stricter spoiler system will be implemented. - Giveaways
Any product codes or keys given through giveaways, raffles, or contests should be sent through DM's. This is to prevent bots from snatching them automatically. Do not post or comment codes. Begging for free games is prohibited. - Use the Correct Flair
Please use the appropriate post flair when posting. This is to ease the navigation and sorting of our subreddits posts. - Credit the original artist if possible
When posting art/fan projects that aren't yours, please credit the original artist if you are able to. If you are found to have claimed someone's else's creation as your own, the content will be removed, and you may be banned from r/ElderScrolls. Respect the original artist! - No NSFW
All NSFW content must be properly labeled. NSFW content is fine, but if it the post is pornographic or sexual in nature it will be removed. Please refer to any of the NSFW Elder Scrolls themed subreddits out there. NSFW chat is also not permitted under this rule. - Repost
No reposts of submissions as recent as 6 months or from the subreddit's "all time" Top posts. Don't repost someone's content 1:1. Please refrain from complaining about reposts without linking to the original post. - No misinformation and clickbait
Please avoid posting misinformation or clickbait. All submissions—whether news, memes, theories, or discussions—should be based on accurate information and presented in good faith. Misleading titles, fabricated claims, or posts designed solely to provoke outrage or bait reactions will be removed. If you're unsure about the accuracy of what you're sharing, please fact-check or provide sources. Let's keep the community informed and focused on genuine Elder Scrolls content.
What the written rules don't show
- Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
- Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
- The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
Let your AI read the rules before it posts.
ThreadFox reads a community's current rules, writes a post that fits them, posts once with Reddit's Brand affiliate tag and checks it stayed up. The free ThreadFox Lite reads rules too.
