  2. No Spam or Self-Promo Bombing
    Blatant self-promotion, repeated links, DM-for-hire comments, or spammy content will be removed. Share value, not noise.
  3. Job Posts Must Be Clear & Legit
    If you're posting a job, please include: Role description,Budget or payment terms,Timeline & how to apply/contact, Low-effort or vague job posts will be removed.
  4. No AI-Generated Junk
    AI tools are great but don’t flood the subreddit with low-effort AI content. Threads must add real human value.
  5. No Surveys, Referrals, or MLM
    Referral links, pyramid-style schemes, affiliate spam, and mass surveys aren’t allowed. If you're unsure, ask the mods.
  6. Keep It Relevant
    This is a space for: 1.Freelancing in/with India 2.Hiring Indian freelancers 3.Learning, sharing, collaborating 4.Startups, indie projects, and remote work 5.Off-topic memes, politics, or drama will be removed.
  7. No X amount in Y days posts
    Posts asking to earn X amount of money in Y days will be removed.

What the written rules don't show

  • Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
  • Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
  • The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
