Include a few sentences about where you want the discussion to go, no matter what you are posting. Do not create low-effort posts, or repost old content as your own.

No sales pitches, coaching, or hustle posts. Posts or comments promoting coaching services, life coaching, business coaching, or similar services will be removed. We want genuine sharing and support, not self-promotion.

Be helpful, constructive, and civil. No insults, personal attacks, or hostile comments. Disagreements are fine, but keep them respectful and focused on ideas. - Always include a flair in your post title.
Use a tag (like [Question], [Method], [Plan]) to help readers understand the purpose of your post. Posts without proper flair may be removed. - Do not post any links.
**Do not** post any links to external content. We’ll create stickied themed threads where you can share websites, blogs, or apps you’ve found useful on your discipline journey. Outside of those, anyone posting links or shilling products will be permanently banned from the community without hesitation. - No AI-Generated Content
Content that appears generated or heavily rewritten by AI tools will be removed. This includes overly generic language, unnatural structures, or telltale formatting. We want authentic, human discussion. If you use AI to help clarify your writing or organize your thoughts, make sure your final post remains personal and genuine. - Minimum Post Length
Posts must be at least ~150 words. Short, shallow posts rarely spark meaningful discussion. Please add detail, context, and specific questions to help others engage with your topic. - Account Age and Karma Restrictions
New accounts and low-karma users have limited posting privileges. To reduce spam and karma farming: commenting requires an account at least 3 days old and posting requires an account at least 30 days old and 200 karma. - No Sales or Coaching Pitches
No sales pitches, coaching, or hustle posts. Posts or comments promoting coaching services, life coaching, business coaching, or similar services will be removed. We want genuine sharing and support, not self-promotion. - Substantiate Universal Claims
Statements like “This changed my life” or “This works for everyone” must include context, data and rationale. Broad claims without explanation risk misinformation and will be removed or flagged for review.
