Use only one where possible. - Meta: For topics about the subreddit or the process of finding a team. - Paid: You're recruiting for a paid role. - ForHire: You're seeking paid work. - Revshare: Recruiting for, or are open to, projects that will split the revenue or company equity. - Hobby: For non-commercial, hobby, and volunteer opportunities.

Do not promote your services/needs in another user's thread unless it's relevant to their post.

INAT stands for "I Need A Team". We occasionally allow posts for events or tools that may help the community of r/INAT, but it's a case-by-case basis; contact the mod team first. r/INAT is not the place to buy/sell assets, recruit for your Discord/community, or advertise your AI platform.

Posts must provide enough information to fully understand your offer/requests. Users should aim for at least 150 words in their post. - [TAG] Required

Show your prior work, such as game demos, name in credits, GitHub projects, Artstation, LinkedIn profiles, or other relevant experience. If you're recruiting for a team, include some examples of what has been created for the project or examples of your previously completed titles. If you are new to the industry and have never created anything in your field, write "PORTFOLIO: this is my first project and do not have a portfolio of any kind" in your post to comply with this rule. - Remain Respectful
Prohibited: - Personal insults or name-calling - Slurs or discriminatory language - Threats or harassment - Bad faith trolling Strong disagreement and criticism are welcome when focused on arguments, not individuals. Disagree with what's said, not who said it. - Wait seven days before [re]posting about the same project or offer
Wait seven days before re-posting about the same project or offer. Do not delete older posts. It does not reset the 7-day counter. - Account Age Requirement
Due to spam, new Reddit accounts must wait 1 week before posting here. To avoid general Reddit bans, we strongly suggest you use this time to build up your karma. - No Reddit-wide banned URLs
