What this page is
This page quotes r/OpenclawBot's rules as ThreadFox read them on 2026-10-12. The quoted text is the community's; the verdict above is our reading of it. Conditions often decide whether a post fits (a required thread, flair, posting day, account age or karma), and r/OpenclawBot's current rules on Reddit always win over this page.
Free, for a specific product: a researched Reddit plan by email (communities whose rules fit your post, quoted and dated), or ThreadFox Lite, read-only tools an AI assistant can use to read a community's current rules itself, through your own Chrome (Claude Code: claude mcp add threadfox-lite -- uvx threadfox-lite). For an assistant that also writes and posts within each community's rules, the ThreadFox kit is $49 once.
Want to post here? Get ThreadFox ($49): your AI (Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex) reads a community's current rules, writes one post that fits and posts once from your own Chrome. No Claude? We'll post for you ($49 per 30-day campaign). Free: a Reddit launch plan for your product, ThreadFox Lite or the posting checklist by email.

- Respect others and be civil
No harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior. Treat all contributors and members with kindness. - No spam
No repetitive advertising, unsolicited sales DMs or spam. Technical posts must provide useful context. Disclosed paid-service offers are permitted only in the designated Services & Paid Help thread under rule 4. The same standards apply to members and moderators. - Show real setups
Posts should include context: configs, logs, screenshots, or what you’ve already tried. Vague “how do I start” or “is this possible” posts may be removed. - No hype; paid help in the services thread

State provider, scope, price and enquiry route. No unsolicited sales DMs. The same rules apply to moderators. Buying services never buys approval, visibility or exemption from community rules. - Share failures and fixes
We care more about what broke than what worked. If something failed silently, caused security issues, or didn’t scale, that’s valuable here. - Respect signal over ego
Disagree with ideas, not people. Strong technical critique is welcome. Personal attacks are not.
What the written rules don't show
- Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
- Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
- The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
Let your AI read the rules before it posts.
ThreadFox reads a community's current rules, writes a post that fits them, posts once with Reddit's Brand affiliate tag and checks it stayed up. The free ThreadFox Lite reads rules too.
