This group is for Pest Control Owners, Techs, Office workers, Vendors and those in the industry to discuss new technologies, pest control techniques, new products, share industry memes, ask about Technician employment, buy/sell companies and more so long as it pertains to the industry.

Members must be in the Pest Control Industry
This is a group for pest control technicians, office administrators, inspectors, vendors that sell to the industry and anyone else within the industry or wants to be in the industry. If you are not in the pest control industry or looking to get in the pest control industry you will be removed.
VENDORS: Must Provide a URL to Advertise a Service
If you are promoting a service to a Pest Control Company (marketing, tech or chemicals) you must post a URL to your Website. This promotes transparency, trust and makes sure our community is not over run by spam.
VENDORS: May only post Ads once per week
This means a post looking for a direct response of business or a direct call to action. This does not include Vendors posting non-advertising content like Memes, Industry News or Commentary. Vendors may answer questions and suggest their products as a solution in comments unlimited times per week. The request by all is that the comments add real value and are not spam.

If posts in this group offend you then it is not on other people to be forced to change their opinion to fir yours. You are free to join the dialogue but if you don't like the dialogue or can't take it then just leave. We'll be better without you. If this is an issue of continued harassment, or irrelevant posting that is a different issue that can be addressed. Please remember with this rule this is a Pest Control group. Keep POSTS on topics, comments may deviate. - No Reporting Opinions You Disagree with

Posts about new products/services, exterminating, your work truck, looking for new employment and even how a new law/politics may effect the industry or what you do after work are allowed. What the written rules don't show
- Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
- Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
- The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
