What this page is
This page quotes r/sims2help's rules as ThreadFox read them on 2026-10-13. The quoted text is the community's; the verdict above is our reading of it. Conditions often decide whether a post fits (a required thread, flair, posting day, account age or karma), and r/sims2help's current rules on Reddit always win over this page.
Free, for a specific product: a researched Reddit plan by email (communities whose rules fit your post, quoted and dated), or ThreadFox Lite, read-only tools an AI assistant can use to read a community's current rules itself, through your own Chrome (Claude Code: claude mcp add threadfox-lite -- uvx threadfox-lite). For an assistant that also writes and posts within each community's rules, the ThreadFox kit is $49 once.
Want to post here? Get ThreadFox ($49): your AI (Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex) reads a community's current rules, writes one post that fits and posts once from your own Chrome. No Claude? We'll post for you ($49 per 30-day campaign). Free: a Reddit launch plan for your product, ThreadFox Lite or the posting checklist by email.

All 4 rules of r/sims2help
- No spamming
Spam includes: posts that are not relevant to the subreddit, repeated posts asking the same questions, or a flurry of posts asking follow-up questions. - Be civil
Always be kind in your interactions with others. Please remember the human on the other side of the screen. - No arguing
This subreddit is a place to help people, not argue with each other. While we all can appreciate a friendly debate, this is not the place. If comment threads start to derail they will be locked to prevent issues. - No misinformation
We aim to keep all information provided in this sub factual. If you are not sure about something, please do not make declarative statements. If you state something as fact and there is a dispute (i.e. someone reports your comment for breaking the misinformation rule) you will be asked to provide a source by a mod. Comments which cannot be backed up with reliable information will be removed. If you don’t know what the issue is, please refrain from replying.
What the written rules don't show
- Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
- Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
- The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
Let your AI read the rules before it posts.
ThreadFox reads a community's current rules, writes a post that fits them, posts once with Reddit's Brand affiliate tag and checks it stayed up. The free ThreadFox Lite reads rules too.
