Be civil
No personal attacks, harassment, slurs, or bad-faith dogpiling. Disagree with the reporting, the subjects of the reporting, or each other all you want, but attack the argument, not the person. This includes other subreddits and figures in the videos. We document, we don't harass.
Source your claims
If you're presenting something as fact (not opinion or theory), link a source. Screenshots should include enough context to verify. Unsourced factual claims about named individuals may be removed. This protects the community and the reporting.
Label speculation clearly
Theories and speculation are welcome and honestly part of the fun, but flair or label them as such. Don't present a guess as a confirmed finding. The difference between this community and a conspiracy sub is that we know which of our claims are proven and which aren't.
No doxxing or calls to action against individuals
Public records and published reporting are fair game. Home addresses, family members of subjects, phone numbers, "everyone go email this person" campaigns are not. This applies to subjects of investigations, critics, and randos alike. Reddit will nuke the whole subreddit over this, so it's a zero-tolerance, instant-ban rule.
Stay on topic
Posts should relate to The Drey Dossier's reporting and the surrounding subject matter (tech power, surveillance, government contracting, etc.). General politics threads that don't connect to the beat will be removed.

What the written rules don't show

Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
