For Game Devs - IMPORTANT!
You can promote your game, but limit it to once a week. We are happy to hear dev progress, but try and make it informative i.e. "i added this cool feature" instead of just repeating a link to a store page. Make sure you use the "My Game" flair or posts may be removed. Do not include any links or keys for direct download. Whilst it is nice to do giveaways we need to ensure it's not malware.

This sub is specifically for tidy up games. In otherwords, picking lots of things up off the ground and putting them in the right spot. There are lots of other fun cleaning games, like washing and inventory sorting, but this isn't the place for them! - For Game Devs - IMPORTANT!

It should go without saying, but sadly, we need to remind people. BE NICE. This is a place to discuss a shared love of Tidy Up games, not get into arguments with strangers online.
What the written rules don't show
- Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
- Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
- The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
