What this page is
This page quotes r/TikTokDiscuss's rules as ThreadFox read them on 2026-10-05. The quoted text is the community's; the verdict above is our reading of it. Conditions often decide whether a post fits (a required thread, flair, posting day, account age or karma), and r/TikTokDiscuss's current rules on Reddit always win over this page.
Free, for a specific product: a researched Reddit plan by email (communities whose rules fit your post, quoted and dated), or ThreadFox Lite, read-only tools an AI assistant can use to read a community's current rules itself, through your own Chrome (Claude Code: claude mcp add threadfox-lite -- uvx threadfox-lite). For an assistant that also writes and posts within each community's rules, the ThreadFox kit is $49 once.
Want to post here? Get ThreadFox ($49): your AI (Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex) reads a community's current rules, writes one post that fits and posts once from your own Chrome. No Claude? We'll post for you ($99 per 30-day campaign). Free: a Reddit launch plan for your product, ThreadFox Lite or the posting checklist by email.

What its rules say about promotion
Be a real person, not a bot or an ad
Write like you actually use the app, not like you're writing a press release. No AI-generated posts, no disguised promo, no "check out my channel" drive-bys. If you're plugging something, it needs to add to the conversation, not just sell
No excessive self-promo
Talking about your own content or growth journey is fine that's part of what this sub is for. Just don't turn every post into an ad for your account. One promo post here and there is fine; flooding the sub isn't.

Debate the topic, not the person. Disagreeing with someone's take is fine and honestly encouraged that's what makes for a good thread. Personal attacks, harassment, or pile ons aren't. - Keep NSFW and off-topic content out
This is a TikTok discussion sub, not a NSFW space. If it's not related its culture, or its effect on daily life, it probably belongs somewhere else.
What the written rules don't show
- Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
- Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
- The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
