No Advertising Your Items For Sale or Wanted Requests.
Advertising your wardrobe, or items for sale, is to be kept to the ‘Sell Your Stuff Saturday’ thread pinned at the top of the sub. No posts (ISO) about looking for certain items are allowed either. Anything deemed to be not following these guidelines will be removed. Recurrent violations will result in a ban.
No Promotion of Goods, Services or Counterfeit Items
This includes bots, data scrapers, wholesale offers and promotion of replica items. Recurrent violations will result in a ban
What its rules say about AI and bots
No A.I. Generated Content
No posts or comments using A.I. as a creation tool. You are allowed to post examples of it being used in Vinted to discuss, but not to create content for this sub.
All 15 rules of r/vinted
- Censor Personal and Searchable Information.
Personal information includes usernames, real names, profile photos, addresses, e-mail addresses, tracking numbers and shipping labels. Active listings need to have at least a partially obscured title. If you have been requested to remove information under this rule (i.e photo) don’t resubmit or try to sneak the information back in (i.e. in text) You will be banned straight away! Recurrent violations will result in a ban. - No Sharing/Requesting Usernames With Intent To Harass
Do NOT reach out to any Vinted buyers or sellers posted on this sub in order to message, harass, troll, mass report or bully them. The same goes for users encouraging others to do such behaviors. All users participating in and or encouraging harassment will be permanently banned. - No Advertising Your Items For Sale or Wanted Requests.

Be kind! Constructive dialogue is welcomed but being rude isn’t. If you don’t like it then scroll on past! Recurrent violations will result in a ban. - No Uncivil Discussion, Threats, Harassment or Bullying.
No content is allowed that is offensive, harmful or derogatory to redditors. This includes but is not limited to the following: Harassment and Bullying, Incitement of Violence, Hate Speech or Disrespectful Language. Any violation of this may result in a ban or even a permanent and immediate ban if deemed serious enough. - No Low Effort Posts or Titles.
Be as descriptive as possible so that others may help you. It will also help users search the sub who may have the same issue. - No Authenticity or Valuation Requests.
Use dedicated subs who can help you authenticate items. Valuations can be done by doing your own research i.e. ebay sold prices etc. or by using google lens. Recurrent violations will result in a ban. - No NSFW content.

No discussion of how to skirt round Vinted’s ToS (Terms of Service). This includes things like account purchasing, use of bots & any automation software. - Ban Evasion
Creating an account to evade a previous ban will result in you being banned and reported to Reddit. - No A.I. Generated Content

Try to keep the conversation relevant to the original post. No going off topic to discuss personal viewpoints on politics, religion, ailments (both physical & mental), percieved failings of institutions or anything that adds no value to the original post. This list is not exhaustive.
What the written rules don't show
- Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
- Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
- The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
