What this page is

This page quotes r/VintedUS's rules as ThreadFox read them on 2026-10-12. The quoted text is the community's; the verdict above is our reading of it. Conditions often decide whether a post fits (a required thread, flair, posting day, account age or karma), and r/VintedUS's current rules on Reddit always win over this page.

Free, for a specific product: a researched Reddit plan by email (communities whose rules fit your post, quoted and dated), or ThreadFox Lite, read-only tools an AI assistant can use to read a community's current rules itself, through your own Chrome (Claude Code: claude mcp add threadfox-lite -- uvx threadfox-lite). For an assistant that also writes and posts within each community's rules, the ThreadFox kit is $49 once.

Want to post here? Get ThreadFox ($49): your AI (Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex) reads a community's current rules, writes one post that fits and posts once from your own Chrome. No Claude? We'll post for you ($49 per 30-day campaign). Free: a Reddit launch plan for your product, ThreadFox Lite or the posting checklist by email.

What its rules say about promotion

No spam
Excessive promotion, spam, or advertising of any kind is not allowed.
No Self Promotion
Any posts or comments sharing a referral code or a link to your shop or your username will be removed. This is to prevent spam and harassment. You are able to share these links in comments as long as the original poster is requesting them. If you request a link, it is up to you to authenticate it. The sub is not responsible for anyone clicking any faulty links
All 6 rules of r/VintedUS
  1. Respect others and be civil
No harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior. Treat all contributors and members with kindness. Any name calling, personal attacks, rude reddit commentary will be removed. Repeat offenders of this rule will be muted and eventually banned.
  2. No spam
Excessive promotion, spam, or advertising of any kind is not allowed.
  3. No searchable information in posts or comments
No usernames, tracking numbers, addresses, etc.. in posts, attachments, or comments. Even if the person is harassing you, scamming, or is in the wrong in some way you still cannot share their username on here. (We do this so people don’t go and harass users and so the sub does not get reported)
  4. Follow general Reddit TOS
Any post or comments against reddit tos will be removed. This is an updated version of Reddit’s rules to follow: https://redditinc.com/policies/reddit-rules
  6. No saying “Hope this helps” sarcastically
If you say this at all you’re getting muted 😭 sorry not sorry. It’s extremely irritating

What the written rules don't show

  • Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
  • Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
  • The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.

Let your AI read the rules before it posts.

ThreadFox reads a community's current rules, writes a post that fits them, posts once with Reddit's Brand affiliate tag and checks it stayed up. The free ThreadFox Lite reads rules too.
