What this page is

This page quotes r/visionosdev's rules as ThreadFox read them on 2026-10-11. The quoted text is the community's; the verdict above is our reading of it. Conditions often decide whether a post fits (a required thread, flair, posting day, account age or karma), and r/visionosdev's current rules on Reddit always win over this page.

Free, for a specific product: a researched Reddit plan by email (communities whose rules fit your post, quoted and dated), or ThreadFox Lite, read-only tools an AI assistant can use to read a community's current rules itself, through your own Chrome (Claude Code: claude mcp add threadfox-lite -- uvx threadfox-lite). For an assistant that also writes and posts within each community's rules, the ThreadFox kit is $49 once.

Want to post here? Get ThreadFox ($49): your AI (Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex) reads a community's current rules, writes one post that fits and posts once from your own Chrome. No Claude? We'll post for you ($49 per 30-day campaign). Free: a Reddit launch plan for your product, ThreadFox Lite or the posting checklist by email.

What its rules say about promotion

Self-promotion guidelines
You are free to share what you're working on here, provided the community doesn't report it, and that it somehow has to do with development. For example, give us insight in how you developed your app rather than just plugging it here. We are tolerant toward self-promotion in this community as long as people don't mind it and you follow the rules above. But if they report it, it will only take one or two reports to see it taken down.
All 3 rules of r/visionosdev
  1. Stay on topic
The content you post here should be related to the Apple Vision and it's development. If referencing other products, it should be in tandem with the Apple Vision and somehow related to development.
  2. Be respectful
In all your communications, treat each individual with respect and integrity, ensure factual accuracy, and remain focused on the topic at hand.

What the written rules don't show

  • Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
  • Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
  • The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.

Let your AI read the rules before it posts.

ThreadFox reads a community's current rules, writes a post that fits them, posts once with Reddit's Brand affiliate tag and checks it stayed up. The free ThreadFox Lite reads rules too.
