What this page is

This page quotes r/WalgreensStores's rules as ThreadFox read them on 2026-10-08. The quoted text is the community's; the verdict above is our reading of it. Conditions often decide whether a post fits (a required thread, flair, posting day, account age or karma), and r/WalgreensStores's current rules on Reddit always win over this page.

What its rules say about promotion

Rule #5: Self-Promotion Limitations
This is focused around people trying to list their t-shirt website, TikTok, Instagram, or youtube channels. This will get you banned.
All 7 rules of r/WalgreensStores
  1. Rule #1: Be civil.
This sub is here as an open discussion forum, so negative comments about the company are not against this rule. Personal attacks against users directly will not be tolerated, and repeated occurrences will result in a ban from the sub.
  2. Rule #2: No Politics
If you want to discuss your beliefs, take it to private chat or move it to a political forum. Repeated offences will result in a ban from the sub.
  3. Rule #3: No Doxxing or Witch-Hunts
Personal information includes (but is not limited to) names not in the public domain, names in intercom+, invoices, receipts, identifying account-numbers, store numbers, home addresses, or telephone numbers. Even if an address or telephone number is publicly available, avoid putting it in any of your comments for any reason.
  4. Rule #4: Repost Limitations
To keep our subreddit fresh and to avoid having the same content constantly pop up, we currently remove reposts that are found to be reposts. If the poster is found to be a serial reposting account, that account will be immediately banned without question.
  5. Rule #5: Self-Promotion Limitations
This is focused around people trying to list their t-shirt website, TikTok, Instagram, or youtube channels. This will get you banned.
  6. Rule #6: No Pornography or Gore
    Rule is self explanatory.
  7. General Posting and Moderation
If you feel something of yours was erroneously removed - reach out. We'd be glad to discuss it cordially. We only discuss moderation with the impacted user, not general curiosity seekers. Please help us by reporting posts and comments that don't meet the standard of our community for review! Your human moderators thank you for your patience and understanding.

What the written rules don't show

  • Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
  • Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
  • The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.

Let your AI read the rules before it posts.

ThreadFox reads a community's current rules, writes a post that fits them, posts once with Reddit's Brand affiliate tag and checks it stayed up. The free ThreadFox Lite reads rules too.
