All 9 rules of r/economy
- Be friendly/Remember the human
Please be nice. 'Nuff said. Try not to be annoying or to be easily annoyed. Your post need to be friendly and not insulting. Site-wide rules and [reddiquette](https://www.reddithelp.com/hc/en-us/articles/205926439) apply. Please don't use ad hominem attacks; remember there's another *person* on the end of the computer you're talking to. You'll change more minds with logic and reason than you will with name-calling. - No duplicates/reposts
Duplicates/reposts will be removed on sight. - Derailing discussion
Attempting to derail discussion away from its main topic and/or discredit another user by calling them a 'bot', 'shill', troll', 'wumao', 'Ivan', etc.; and/or attempting to discredit sources with accusations of 'state-owned media', 'propaganda', 'fake news', etc, may result in a warning or a ban. Posting blatantly false claims/statement/facts are not allowed. This is a form of derailing discussion and setting up "red herrings" and "strawmen" that keeps civil conversation from happening. - Ranting without reading
Don't rant about articles you haven't bothered to read. If you come in and say something like "I didn't read this, but it's crap!" that indicates you probably don't know what you're talking about. Therefore you may receive a warning or a ban. If you want to rant about articles you haven't read, go do that at r/worldnews or r/news. - No political advertising or AI-generated images or ChatGPT-generated articles.

The sub's topic is "the economy." Your post has to have something to do with the economy.
What the written rules don't show
- Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
- Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
- The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
Let your AI read the rules before it posts.
ThreadFox reads a community's current rules, writes a post that fits them, posts once with Reddit's Brand affiliate tag and checks it stayed up. The free ThreadFox Lite reads rules too.
