What this page is
This page quotes r/HopesPeakAcademy's rules as ThreadFox read them on 2026-10-10. The quoted text is the community's; the verdict above is our reading of it. Conditions often decide whether a post fits (a required thread, flair, posting day, account age or karma), and r/HopesPeakAcademy's current rules on Reddit always win over this page.
Free, for a specific product: a researched Reddit plan by email (communities whose rules fit your post, quoted and dated), or ThreadFox Lite, read-only tools an AI assistant can use to read a community's current rules itself, through your own Chrome (Claude Code: claude mcp add threadfox-lite -- uvx threadfox-lite). For an assistant that also writes and posts within each community's rules, the ThreadFox kit is $49 once.
Want to post here? Get ThreadFox ($49): your AI (Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex) reads a community's current rules, writes one post that fits and posts once from your own Chrome. No Claude? All 14 rules of r/HopesPeakAcademy
- Respect others and be civil
No harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior. Treat all contributors and members with kindness. - No spam
Excessive promotion, spam, or advertising of any kind is not allowed. - ONLY 1 BLACKENED PER WEEK.
Murders will be only once per week, unless the motive calls for two. This will give time to investigations and, it would be more comfortable for everyone. - Notify mods of any death.
If you're going to kill someone. Notify us mods first. With info on who killed who, who died, and clues to leave for the other members if you want to, so if the people get it wrong on the class trial they'd actually suffer punishment, not like before when majority vote was actually the deciding factor for the culprit. If you don't follow these. Your post will be deleted. - Visit the Character Claims post to request characters
You must have a character claimed to use them. It may take time for your claim to be approved. The claims post can be found here: https://www.reddit.com/r/HopesPeakAcademy/comments/1t3ks7e/character_claims/ - Ask first
You may not alter the sub on a wide scale (affecting more than a handful of characters) without mod approval. - Character Inactivity
If X character of yours is claimed. And is inactive for 2 or more weeks. It'll immediately be free to claim whenever someone claims it. As we prioritize activity. - Wait for approval to use a character.
There’s a Character Claims post to request characters. Approval might take some time, there’s only one guy working the list. Once they’re approved, you’re good to go! - No Ai/generated images
No use of chat-GPT or Gemini or similar apps and no generated images. All posts with Ai use that are found will simply be removed. - Content warnings
Warnings for sensitive topics like suicide, self harm, etc, need to be somewhere within the post before the rest of said post. Flash warnings and how intense they are need to be at the beginning of any video with flashing lights. - Ask permission
If the character isn't your oc or you don't have them claimed, ALWAYS ask permission from the person with said character, double checking is better than not asking for permission. - No no effort posts please
A detailed title with some body text is all that is needed, Ooc info or in character stuff, something to work with. "..." is a no effort title. People need something to work with. (Also, for example, if you're fighting with another person in character and they're bullshitting, aka being logically impossible with winning the fight, you can A. Ignore them or B. B4B aka bullshit for bullshit. This is just an extra note that is applicable in some situations) - Nothing sexually explicit/NSFW.
It can be implied, but nothing more than that. SA in particular will not be tolerated whatsoever. - No roleplaying as real people
The following is allowed/fine: Characters from shows, movies, and video games that are played by actors and sonas/basically yourself The following counts as no roleplaying as real people: Youtubers, singers, other celebrities, ESPECIALLY dead people.
What the written rules don't show
- Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
- Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
- The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
Let your AI read the rules before it posts.
