What this page is

This page quotes r/Intune's rules as ThreadFox read them on 2026-10-12. The quoted text is the community's; the verdict above is our reading of it. Conditions often decide whether a post fits (a required thread, flair, posting day, account age or karma), and r/Intune's current rules on Reddit always win over this page.

Free, for a specific product: a researched Reddit plan by email (communities whose rules fit your post, quoted and dated), or ThreadFox Lite, read-only tools an AI assistant can use to read a community's current rules itself, through your own Chrome (Claude Code: claude mcp add threadfox-lite -- uvx threadfox-lite). For an assistant that also writes and posts within each community's rules, the ThreadFox kit is $49 once.

Want to post here? Get ThreadFox ($49): your AI (Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex) reads a community's current rules, writes one post that fits and posts once from your own Chrome. No Claude? We'll post for you ($49 per 30-day campaign). Free: a Reddit launch plan for your product, ThreadFox Lite or the posting checklist by email.

What its rules say about AI and bots

No AI Generated Comments & posts
This sub runs on members' own experience and the challenges they've faced in their environments, so posts and comments should be written in your own words. Don't paste AI output and submit it as an answer. Using AI to translate, tidy up your wording, or help debug a script is fine. But whoever hits Submit owns the post, including any part a model wrote. If you can't explain it or haven't tested it, it isn't ready. Rule of thumb: use AI as a tool, but post as yourself.
All 6 rules of r/Intune
  1. Blog Post Rule
Links to blogs MUST contain a description and/or summary of the blog in the post. Posts that contain only a link to a blog are now allowed.
  2. No Low Effort Posts
Google it first! If you are requesting help, it is expected that you have tried to help yourself first and are familiar with the Microsoft Intune docs. For a prompt and accurate response to your query, it's important to present a clear and concise question to the community. This helps members to better understand your issue and provide a solution.
  3. End-user Support is Not Allowed
If you are not an Intune Administrator and you're looking for help, contact your IT support team. We cannot help you with settings, configurations, locks, etc that your IT department has configured.
  4. Post Quality Questions
When posting questions please ensure that you are providing enough information for us to help you. If you are unsure of how to post a quality question, please see this Microsoft guide: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/support/quality-question

What the written rules don't show

  • Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
  • Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
  • The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.

Let your AI read the rules before it posts.

ThreadFox reads a community's current rules, writes a post that fits them, posts once with Reddit's Brand affiliate tag and checks it stayed up. The free ThreadFox Lite reads rules too.
