What this page is

This page quotes r/Kerala's rules as ThreadFox read them on 2026-10-11. The quoted text is the community's; the verdict above is our reading of it. Conditions often decide whether a post fits (a required thread, flair, posting day, account age or karma), and r/Kerala's current rules on Reddit always win over this page.

Free, for a specific product: a researched Reddit plan by email (communities whose rules fit your post, quoted and dated), or ThreadFox Lite, read-only tools an AI assistant can use to read a community's current rules itself, through your own Chrome (Claude Code: claude mcp add threadfox-lite -- uvx threadfox-lite). For an assistant that also writes and posts within each community's rules, the ThreadFox kit is $49 once.

Want to post here? Get ThreadFox ($49): your AI (Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex) reads a community's current rules, writes one post that fits and posts once from your own Chrome. No Claude? We'll post for you ($49 per 30-day campaign). Free: a Reddit launch plan for your product, ThreadFox Lite or the posting checklist by email.

What its rules say about AI and bots

No AI generated Content
AI generated content belongs to the Daily General Discussion Thread. No exceptions.
All 8 rules of r/Kerala
  1. Reddiquette
[Reddiquette](https://www.reddithelp.com/en/categories/reddit-101/reddit-basics/reddiquette) is an informal expression of the values of many redditors, as written by redditors themselves. Top violations of this rule are trolling, starting a flamewar, or not "Remembering the human" i.e. being hostile or incredibly impolite. Do not post old news for the sake of starting flame wars.
  2. Relevant to Kerala
Posts must be directly related to Kerala, its people or culture. Top level comments must be on topic. Lower level comments should be reasonably related to the discussion. No meta discussion threads about the subreddit or other subreddits. One line questions and generic tourism question in Daily Discussion threads. Avoid questions on places to see unless you need very specific help.
  3. Editorialized title
Please don't editorialize titles from news sources beyond the intention of the article.
  4. No images/screenshots of news
Do not post images or screenshots of news items. Post a direct link. Do not post screenshots and the link. Just the link will suffice.
  5. URL shortening & websites requiring registration
Avoid shortened or otherwise obscured links (e.g. bit.ly) and posts to web pages which require registration (e.g. Facebook). These will be removed at the moderators' discretion. Moderators will remove posts from disreputable websites and other sources.
  6. Other undesirable content
Submission containing the following will be removed at moderator discretion. * Memes * Random questions that are easily searchable otherwise * Generic tourism questions. Use Google and other sources. * No opinion seeking (form your own opinion) * Random photographs (Use the general thread instead.) * Classifieds * Self-promotion (Original content is welcome if you engage with /r/Kerala.) * Complaints and promotion of other communities * Disreputable sources * Duplicates of other posts * Piracy
  7. No sharing of personal information
Reddit is an anonymous platform. Do not share your personal information on the subreddit and ask for information about others. Do not enquire about profession or whereabouts. Doxxing users will result in an immediate ban.
  8. No AI generated Content
AI generated content belongs to the Daily General Discussion Thread. No exceptions.

What the written rules don't show

  • Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
  • Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
  • The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.

Let your AI read the rules before it posts.

ThreadFox reads a community's current rules, writes a post that fits them, posts once with Reddit's Brand affiliate tag and checks it stayed up. The free ThreadFox Lite reads rules too.
