All 10 rules of r/LeMansUltimateWEC
- Poor Behaviour
Any form of discrimination will be met with a strict zero tolerance policy. We will not tolerate any personal attacks against other users and use of hateful language is strictly prohibited. - Excessive Self advertising
Users excessively posting **(daily)** their content for self promotion will be removed. This includes league announcements and Discord invite links. Also no live streaming links every single time you go live. It will be considered spam. - Appropriate Post Flair
Please flair your posts for easy understanding for what the post about. - Relevant content
All posts must be related to Le Mans Ultimate or the WEC series in general. No real world politics. Head to /r/simracing for Sim Vs Sim debates. - Incident videos / Naming and shaming / Bans
**NO INCIDENT VIDEOS**- Calling out other drivers for conduct on track has *no* place here *(includes ban reports and/or videos with names visible)*. Check [competition rules](http://www.racecontrol.gg/rules) if you are unsure about what is reportable (criteria differs). Report griefing using the [in game methods](https://guide.lemansultimate.com/hc/en-gb/articles/13211414712079-How-can-I-report-another-player-online-in-Le-Mans-Ultimate). Post on r/simracingstewards for opinions on an incident. - Inappropriate language
While we can understand frustration it's best to keep the curse words to a minimum. Posts with such content will be deleted by automod (check your messages). *Using slurs are NOT tolerated and will result in a ban*. - This is a negative karma free zone!
Those with significant negative karma *(up to a certain thresholdz)* will not be able to post here. Further posts will be deleted. **This is enforced automatically by the automoderator.** - Piracy
Discussing, asking for pirated versions of game/DLC, unlocking DLC or reverse engineering encrypted content will result in posts being locked/removed, infractions will get you banned. You will receive ZERO help for pirated copies of LMU and/or DLC. - No AI slop
No AI generated photos/screenshots or posts permitted here. Preferable if all posts are from HUMANS! Thanks - No Real World Politics!
No real world politics here please! This includes mentioning politicians or real world issues.
What the written rules don't show
- Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
- Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
- The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
Let your AI read the rules before it posts.
