What this page is

This page quotes r/mkindia's rules as ThreadFox read them on 2026-10-12. The quoted text is the community's; the verdict above is our reading of it. Conditions often decide whether a post fits (a required thread, flair, posting day, account age or karma), and r/mkindia's current rules on Reddit always win over this page.

Free, for a specific product: a researched Reddit plan by email (communities whose rules fit your post, quoted and dated), or ThreadFox Lite, read-only tools an AI assistant can use to read a community's current rules itself, through your own Chrome (Claude Code: claude mcp add threadfox-lite -- uvx threadfox-lite). For an assistant that also writes and posts within each community's rules, the ThreadFox kit is $49 once.

Want to post here? Get ThreadFox ($49): your AI (Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex) reads a community's current rules, writes one post that fits and posts once from your own Chrome. No Claude? We'll post for you ($49 per 30-day campaign). Free: a Reddit launch plan for your product, ThreadFox Lite or the posting checklist by email.

Minor use of AI in images is allowed, but fully AI generated images/posters are not allowed. Posts or comments containing misleading or false information may be removed.

  3. Vendor Announcements
Each vendor must wait at least 4 days between announcement posts. If you have multiple updates, please combine them into a single post or edit your previous one. See Vendor Relations for more details.
  4. No low-effort posts.
Low-effort posts will be removed, including but not limited to “SHOULD I BUY??” posts without enough context, easily searchable questions, and “JUST GOT/ORDERED THIS” posts with no real image of the product. Posts should add something meaningful to the community.
  5. Product/Purchase queries
Having an issue with a product/purchase? Contact the vendor/brand first. If the issue is not solved or you are unhappy with the response, you may make a post using the "Vendor/Support Issue" flair. You must show that you contacted the vendor, and the post needs mod approval. Posts without screenshots showing full conversation with timestamps will be removed. Please give vendors a reasonable amount of time to respond, based on their policies and customer support timings.
  6. Don't be a dick.
No hate, harassment, abuse, or unnecessary rudeness. This includes attacks based on race, gender, religion, caste, or similar traits. Don't attack people for their purchases or opinions. Accusations of paid promotion or similar claims against any person or vendor without proof are not allowed. Baseless accusations will be removed.
  7. No judging others' purchase decisions.
Constructive criticism is welcome, but posts like "really??? you bought [x] when [y] was available all along??" or "you spent half a country's GDP on a metal rectangle??!" will be removed.
  8. No sharing personal or identifiable information.
Don't post anything that can be used to retrieve information about your real-life identity. Doesn't matter if it's yours, or someone else's.

What the written rules don't show

  • Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
  • Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
  • The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.

Let your AI read the rules before it posts.

ThreadFox reads a community's current rules, writes a post that fits them, posts once with Reddit's Brand affiliate tag and checks it stayed up. The free ThreadFox Lite reads rules too.
