Where can I promote
podcasts on Reddit?
Share an episode in the required format or use the weekly promotion thread. Permission to share a podcast does not extend to selling tools to podcasters.
2 community routes have a permissive saved verdict and supporting rule text below. “Thread only” means using the designated thread, not starting a promotional post.
Rules read 2026-09-24 to 2026-09-26. Shortlist checked 2026-10-13. Member counts are from each saved read, not live counts. Rules can change; check the linked community rules before posting.

Subreddits that allow self-promotion for podcasts
r/podcast
Thread onlyFor your own podcast in the Monday promotion thread.
Rule: Promotional posts
Every Monday there is a weekly promotion thread where you can post your podcast. Any promotional posts outside of the thread will be removed. Any other self promotions for products, blogs, apps, websites, etc... for podcasts/podcasters will also be removed. If you continue to spam outside of the thread, you will be banned from posting.
How to use this route: Use the weekly Monday promotion thread. Other promotional posts, including products or services for podcasters, are removed. The saved rules require an account at least five days old and 10 karma. Feedback requests go in the Wednesday thread. No NSFW episodes or topics. If AutoModerator removes your submission, do not contact moderators within the first 24 hours.
