What this page is
This page quotes r/Sabah's rules as ThreadFox read them on 2026-10-12. The quoted text is the community's; the verdict above is our reading of it. Conditions often decide whether a post fits (a required thread, flair, posting day, account age or karma), and r/Sabah's current rules on Reddit always win over this page.
Free, for a specific product: a researched Reddit plan by email (communities whose rules fit your post, quoted and dated), or ThreadFox Lite, read-only tools an AI assistant can use to read a community's current rules itself, through your own Chrome (Claude Code: claude mcp add threadfox-lite -- uvx threadfox-lite). For an assistant that also writes and posts within each community's rules, the ThreadFox kit is $49 once.
Want to post here? Get ThreadFox ($49): your AI (Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex) reads a community's current rules, writes one post that fits and posts once from your own Chrome. No Claude? What its rules say about AI and bots
No AI-Generated Content
To ensure authentic, community-driven discussion, we prohibit content generated by AI. This includes AI-written posts, automated comments, deepfakes, and fully AI-created videos. Our goal is to foster genuine human connection and original perspectives regarding Sabah. Any content identified as being produced by AI tools will be removed. Please share your own original thoughts, photos, and creative work.
All 8 rules of r/Sabah
- Content must be Sabah-relevant
All posts must be relevant to Sabah (e.g., local news, culture, travel, or development). If your post is casual or does not fall into these categories, please use the "Others" flair. Please keep comments on-topic where possible, but we encourage friendly and civil community interaction. - Keep Content SFW and Wholesome
r/Sabah is a family-friendly community visited by thousands of locals and tourists annually. To keep this space welcoming for all ages, genders, and backgrounds, all content must be SFW (Safe For Work). We strictly prohibit pornography, gore, and shock-value content. Let’s keep our discussions respectful, wholesome, and inclusive for everyone. Any content violating these standards will be removed. - No Personal Matters, Solicitations, or Off-Topic Anecdotes
To prevent scams, we do not allow personal anecdotes, relationship or health advice, and financial solicitations. Please use other subreddits for these topics. We welcome posts regarding Sabah state law, district ordinances, or administrative procedures—such as questions about civil marriage, divorce, or local business licensing. Queries must be clearly related to Sabah's bureaucratic systems. Off-topic personal posts will be removed to keep r/sabah focused. - Etiquette
Please observe the [Reddiquette](https://support.reddithelp.com/hc/en-us/articles/205926439). Basic decency is required for your participation in this subreddit. - Follow Reddit’s Content Policy
We strictly enforce Reddit’s site-wide Content Policy. Discrimination, hate speech, harassment, wishing harm on others, or encouraging self-harm will not be tolerated. Violations of these rules will result in an immediate permanent ban without warning. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful environment for all community members. Whether you are local or a visitor, please keep your tone civil, polite, and constructive. Behind every username is a real person—let’s honor our spirit of unity and kindness in every interaction. What the written rules don't show
- Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
- Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
- The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
Let your AI read the rules before it posts.
ThreadFox reads a community's current rules, writes a post that fits them, posts once with Reddit's Brand affiliate tag and checks it stayed up. The free ThreadFox Lite reads rules too.
